Roy is President & Founder and a principal owner of Prestige Wealth Management Group, and has over 30 years of professional experience in financial planning and investment management. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and earned his degree in finance from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. Roy is also a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Roy is recognized for his knowledge and experience in the financial industry, and his insights have been featured on CNBC and Fox Business News, as well as The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswires, SmartMoney and Reuters. Locally, his insights have appeared in The Star-Ledger, The Hunterdon County Democrat, The Courier News and other respected publications.

Throughout his career, Roy has achieved several industry accolades, including being named to Barron’s Top 1,000 Advisors* for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014 & 2015. In a 2010 issue of Registered Rep. Roy enjoys family travel, and is also passionate about horses, boating, fishing, fine wine, fine dining and barbecuing at home. He participates in CrossFit, spinning and hiking, and is active in fund raising activities for local charities such as the Bonnie Brae School and Residential Treatment Center and the Hunterdon Medical Center. Roy is very involved in the community of Flemington, and Hunterdon County in general, as an active member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, Flemington Lions Club and 200 Club of Flemington, and as a former board member of SAFE in Hunterdon.

Michael graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and has over 10 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Prestige, Michael worked at Wells Fargo within their Commercial Real Estate group where he was the lead equity underwriter for over $700MM in multifamily real estate investments. In this role, he was responsible for structuring and analyzing the feasibility of each investment identifying both the risk and profitably metrics of each deal. Prior to that he worked as a Credit Analyst for Ambac Assurance Corporation performing credit analysis on a wide variety of financial products ranging from real estate projects to municipal bonds. Michael holds  Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 registrations from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as holding New Jersey Life, Health and Accident insurance licenses.In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Anna and daughter Avery, playing guitar, and watching sports. He is also an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner who enjoys training and competing in tournaments nationwide.

Paul R. Esposito is the Senior Portfolio Manager at Prestige Wealth Management Group, and has over a decade of investment management experience.  Paul is responsible for global capital market research, formulating both strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations as well as conducting fund manager due diligence.

Prior to joining Prestige, Paul was the Portfolio Manager for Alliance Wealth Management Group in Flemington, NJ.  In this role, he was responsible for creating the firm’s investment process and managing all client portfolios.  He was also a Portfolio Manager for the Northeast Region of Wells Fargo’s Trust Department in Wilmington, DE., where he managed trust and private wealth accounts exceeding $400 million dollars. Paul began his career at Vanguard in Malvern, PA, where he provided wealth management services to both institutional and individual high net worth clients.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He also holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®) designations and is an active member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole and twin daughters, Ava and Tessa as well as SCUBA diving and saltwater fishing. He also volunteers his time to a number of charities including Project Santa, a toy drive for a local women’s shelter.

Mary Scrupski received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, and then attended Rutgers Law School where she graduated with high honors. For the past 25 years, Ms. Scrupski has been advising clients on a wide variety of matters involving estate planning and trust and estate administration. Examples of her expertise include counseling families with special needs children, as well as business owners seeking to pass their assets to the next generation.
